Google Health
So let's pretend this product was called Google Health ( http://blogoscoped.com/archive/2007-08-14-n43.html ). Everywhere the summary/article says "Microsoft" substitute in "Google" and anywhere it says "HealthVault" sub in "Google Health". Push your imagination really hard here.
(I just wanted to point out: I'm not taking sides. I've been on the payroll at both companies... http://brandonbloom.name/resume.html ) -

"Does Google censor search results?
Yes, they sometimes do, in different countries, like Germany, France or China. Sometimes, specific content is censored globally (including US results, e.g. in the case of certain censored newsgroup messages)."

BewareGoogle seems to expect a lot for $2.
From their terms and conditions:

Re:Legitimate Case?
The funny thing here is that as long as this legal battle continues, more and more people learn about the young businessman's services, while at the same time Google's reputation as a "do no evil" company is challenged. I can't see any profit for Google here, monetary or otherwise. I wonder why they continue pursuing this case.

Because the man didn't want to sell, yet. They'd pay him a billion if they must, but Google might leave Germany anyway if they'll have to comply with the data retaining law that threatens them.
