No supriseThese are the asshats who legally harassed Clue Computing when they found the "clue.com" domain has been registered and was actually in use (i.e. not squatting).
Fortunately, Clue Computing stood up to them and won.

What is it with you Americans and Monopoly? Each year, hundreds of new board gamesare hoping for a little exposure, a little space on store shelves, and you keep buying Monopoly simpsons edition, Monopoly star wars edition, Monopoly yourcity edition, monopoly golf... Stop it stop it stop it stop it stop it! It's not even a good game, for crying out loud! Please just stop it! Or would you rather give Hasbro more money for domain disputes? -
Re:"Coke" IS a Trademark tooIt doesn't matter if "Coke" is a trademark or not.
There's already legal precedent for this. Clue Computing defeated Hasbro, owners of the game "Clue", when Hasbro sued for the domain name. Info available here.
