    Not according to this.

    At top speed, a Bugatti Veyron would drain its 26 gallon fuel tank in 12 minutes, having covered only 51 miles.

    Which is okay as at top speed it's tires would fail after 15 minutes anyway.

    It can go faster than 132mph, but the Bugatti Veyron will empty its tank in 12 minutes at top speed.. Which is a good thing as the tires only last 15 minutes at top speed.

    5-seat version:
    Lower the Cd to something better than a Corolla (0.19 or lower - no way this has that).
    Allow 240VAC 100A charging at home (24kW).
    Reduce the price below $25000.

    2 seat version:
    Chop it in half, lengthwise, like the this Volkswagon.
    Reduce the battery capacity by 70%.
    Reduce the weight by 70%.
    Reduce the price to $15000.

    1-seat microcar:
    Do the same as the 2-seat, but find a way to lower the price below $10,000.
    Extreme measures would be required.

    Nobody wants a $30,000 base-model Kia, especially when you can get a really nice Prius with leather in the same ballpark.

    WTF, Flamebait? Seriously, look at a Toyota supra next to a Ford Mondeo. Toyota has a lot more slant on the headlights. Ford used to have round or square lights, and only changed because it makes them look more like Toyota.

    That's just as misguided.

    English: Engineers need it more than most. Expressing yourself effectively is vital or else you end up losing money or possibly croaking people because your audience paid attention to the wrong part of your PPT.

    Diversity?: This class doesn't exist. You made it up. Besides, engineering classes are the most diverse on any campus. You meet geeks and nerds from 5 different continents!

    The smart roadster is coming to america as the ac ace. It looks fantastic too. Don't know what engine it'll have
    but if it has anything around 100nhp and they fix that gearbox they'll have a cracking good car.
    It's already a blast to drive as it is (minus the gearbox).
