Re:Surely it depends on context
Or even more appropriately Fahrenhype 9/11. Michael also does stupid things like ask Congressman why they haven't sent their kids to war. As usuall missing several obvious points which should be apparant to anyone: No one can make someone else enlist, There's no draft, and the children of Congress are actually represented in the armed forces at about the same rate as the rest of the population.

Re:White holes
As for your sig, I hope you know that he was making a joke at a conference where presidents normally go to make fun of themselves. He was using the fact that people accuse him of pandering to the rich as a joke line. Apparently, Michael Moore can't put anything into context. You should watch Farenhype 9/11. And it doesn't even deal with the misinformation regarding Iraq's role prior to invasion (for that you should read some of Laurie Mylroie's books).

Here is another movie
This one seems a little lower on the "shock" scale.

Other antidotes to "Fahrenheit 9/11"
Two new films offer a rebuttal to the slanted views of Michael Moore. Michael Moore Hates America and FahrenHYPE 9/11 . Both are due to be released to DVD on October 5th to coincide with the DVD release of Fahrenheit 9/11. I have yet to see either of these films, but the trailers look compelling.
For an detailed rebuttal of Fahrenheit 9/11 read Fifty-nine Deceits in Fahrenheit 9/11

Re:The answer is extremely simple
And if you think that "the other side of the story" stands up, go make a documentary showing it (it's not as if you need a huge budget or a big crew). Again, for some reason no-one has...
Trust me, there are several documentaries in the works that tell "the other side of the story" This is a link to one of them. The other I'm not at liberty to talk about, but it will be out soon enough.

Actually, at least two are:
here
and here
Also: If you think anything in Fahrenheit 9/11 is a lie, sue Moore and get rich. I'm sure you'll find plenty of people willing to finance your legal expenses (as long as they don't have to go public). For some reason no-one has...
If this is so wrong, how come Moore or "someone" hasn't sued him? Therefore it must be correct by your "logic".
Politics is sad nowadays. I'm voting indy. -
Fifty-nine Deceits in Fahrenheit 9/11
an interesting look at the movie: http://www.fahrenhype911.com/
Looks at what Moore says and how he misleads the viewer by omitting facts or spinning them a certain way. Follow the link for a trailer of the movie re-editted with facts inserted.
