Re:Goody
Don't fall into that trap. The future of that driver is very much an unknown at this point in time. It is unclear if Intel intends to support it, and "clusterfuck" is the word xorg developers have used to describe the project handling so far...
Summary: Do not buy Z series before a proper driver appears, unless you're happy running a specific version of Ubuntu forever, or vesa is good enough for you.

Nice. :\
Well, this was a nice article.
It obliquely credits my own article on the same topic - written a whole one day previously - while describing it as a 'review' of Barry. No, it isn't. It's a guide to the exact same topic covered in this article, only it's a hell of a lot more useful, because my article tells you exactly what packages to download for what distributions, and how to actually use them. Rather than just saying "oh, look, this application lets you do this, isn't it cool?"
Would've been a lot more useful to link to me. But then, my server probably can't take the load, so I should be thankful.

Re:aren't there only 4 engines?
hv3 uses tkhtml3, and, while it is not as complete as the big four rendering engines, it seems well ahead of the other light alternatives, in that it has Javascript and passes Acid 2, it uses little memory and is going to show up in at least one distro's repo.

Re:Mandriva MP3 licence?
Sorry, no. The time I read this was in one of the Mandriva Mailing Lists, and it was said by Adam Williamson, who works for Mandriva as PR. You could ask him, if you want. His blog is http://www.happyassassin.net/ .
