Parent post is right, this has been done before. I wrote a little twofish encryption/decryption utility in javascript a few years ago:

As others have pointed out, symmetric encryption in javascript isn't a generally useful thing. But it is good for some special cases, for example creating a password protected page without server side scripting.

iDesk has it, at least in the CVS version...I think. But I don't like icons, so I wouldn't know.

http://hn.org offers a nice service to sync your domain name to your dynamic ip, and it's cheap too. And if you don't have your domain, well, there are 100 choices out there, like http://www.dyndns.org, etc.
