Re:Bush is a genius...
Anyone that takes your stance lives inside the US. Many more people consider Bush to be a war criminal outside the US, where the US propaganda machine doesn't churn its wheels so much. But let me ask you one question if you really believe Bush isn't a war criminal... How did the World Trade Towers fall a free fall speed to the ground, when the study of physics claims it would take over a minute for such structures to pancake to the ground without controlled termite explosions. Just curious. Also, why didn't we leave Iraq once we found out there weren't any WMD. Just curious about that one too. And why where many more votes counted for Bush that voters that turned out to vote? Doesn't that strike you as odd, at least? http://www.ideamouth.com/voterfraud.htm Bush is not only a war criminal, but a fraud to the American people, and a scandal to the world. http://www.oldamericancentury.org/14pts.htm

Re:I am scared for the very democracy we live in
Don't forget that our president was elected based on a highly questionable election in 2000. Many people called it a bloodless coup! I have no explanation on how he was re-elected in 2004
Hey, if it works once, wash, rinse, improve, and repeat. The first few google hits:

Anyone not concerned about this is either a fool or an opponent of democracy. -
Re:Ethics? We don't need no stinking ETHICS!
Voting Irregularities in Ohio which used ES&S and Diebold machines. see pp. 28 & 29[pdf]. The first link is irrelevant as proof, but interesting. The second link contains all of the exit poll discrepencies for each state. It was a report done by the exit polling company to investigate the discrepencies. I can't find any lists of where Diebold or ES&S machines are used, but you'll see in which states the largest discrepencies were found. It's a very interesting study, although they don't point fingers, only describe where the discrepencies may have come from.

Re:He's served his purpose
The voting machines that were tested post election consistantly made "mistakes" in favor of republicans... and now there's a Diebold insider that confirms those reports.

Re:Diebold Errors
You're right. If any issue is going to be debated, it should be done with integrity in the investigation, despite your bias.
So Diebold wasn't run in those counties. That doesn't mean there weren't problems in those counties.
What do you think explains this?

Not just Florida? Some people have been saying that this is a wider problem than just in Florida. It's been claimed that the famous discrepancy between exit polls and election results depends in general on whether electronic voting was in use: This Berkeley study is the first attempt I've heard of to dig a little deeper into this issue.

Exit polls did worse where e-voting was used? Some people are saying that the discrepancy between exit polls and election results was worse where electronic voting was in use: state by state comparison, by county in Florida.
I've heard that Kerry is considering retracting his concession, and that if you've personally observed "voter disenfranchisement" in Ohio, you should phone the DNC (202) 863-8000 or send email to: CKerry@Mintz.com.
(Interestingly enough, the Green Party is also legally allowed to demand a recount: the catch is that they've got to be able to pay the $100,000 price tag...)

Re:What is being alleged, here, exactly? You didn't RTFA did you. The major problem in Florida is not with any of the evoting machines, it was with optically scanned paper ballots. E-Voting machines produced roughly the same numbers as exit polls; the paper ballots did not. Take a look at this this graph.
I understand that the electronic voting machines have problems, but that is not the specific issue here. Look, if Bush won, FINE, I can accept that. But, we need to make sure he did it legitimatly, or we will lose our democracy.
