you guys still don't get it. the point is the government is a place of power over the entire population. they control everything, each citizen and every business. the ones who control the government are the super rich and wealthy who install themselves into power. so if you aren't one of those super rich and wealthy you are fucked, getting spied on, and you are abuseable.

and the spying is everywhere. locally, NSA gives access to local officials, and police officers to the system, where they go around committing local acts of crime and spying, they control citizens. they hide and cover up government crime. the system gives them the 'powers of god' so to say.

they have access because like in prisons and jails, all calls, and internet, and telecommunications are being saved at the upstream level through fiber splits and all that fun. then there's satellites with building penetrating body imaging technologies in use. the officials and police have access to that, and can use it to steal any information, spy on anybody, and even sabotage and target them.

there's surveillance crime going on. unfortunately the mass media is hiding that and the stories. you cannot get your story ran, then the public never hears about it.

Like telephone systems, to prevent events like which occurred when telephony was first deployed in New York where many duplicative lines were strung throughout, we need only 1 fiber line per house and one utility providing fiber.

The incentive is, first come first serve, and whoever deploys fiber will have the absolute best pipe.

Meanwhile whoever didn't deploy, gets left in the dust with their pathetic limited network of just copper.

If we passed such a law, suddenly we create an incentive to deploy fiber right then and there, else miss the chance to another company that moves in.

As part of the law, any local bans on fiber either state built or provider built, or rules against building such as franchise agreements would be undone, as only the FCC or federal government actually has the legal authority to enact such restrictions in the first place, paving the way for companies to come in and build immediately when they want even if incumbents are refusing to.

The thing about this, is the court can make whatever choices it wants. The only thing that sets it in stone, is if the appeals courts and US Supreme Court knock out lower court decisions or affirm them with whatever warped sense of the world/law they have. What becomes law, is basically what the judges are willing to agree to and not agree to, usually based on politics and who they really represent behind the scene. In this county, most high up judges are appointed by the rich and wealthy, so often times decisions around copyright, patents, and other bullshit goes to protect the establishment / incumbent companies and people. What this means for GPLv2, is you can end up with all sorts of shit.

that if you never knew alcohol existed and hadn't been programmed by society to drink it, that you'd never want it or know it existed. it would not even be a craving. that is all programmed into you by hearing about it and seeing its use, and then after that point once you try it. it becomes a regular habit like masturbation or something.

also religion today wouldn't exist if we went back and took it out of the human language and got rid of the previous societies books and other non-sense with it. like alcohol, people are programmed to consume and believe it, not knowing anything but what society and their parents and books and media teach them about it.

yes, the true god believers weren't educated or convinced it was real, they had it programmed into them like everything else. they were told god made them, that Jesus was killed by the Jews, and that having sex out of web lock is sin. this became their world, like knowing what a tree was and that it was green, or that gravity exists and makes for quite the fall.

We could have a society where children begin masturbating and having fucking relationships and stuff, but instead all that is programmed in as sin at a young age and it delays or prevents sexual maturity as a result. I compare it to a task like brushing your teeth, you are programmed that it's either good or bad or exists or doesn't exist. it's an act you can take, sort of like abstaining and not learning about it, or even similar to making jokes and having a good old social time. it's the same as going out roller blading, only you're going to fuck either a boy or a girl or even an animal or inanimate object. people are totally programmed to have either negative, positive, or other reactions to it, everything we do today and all our beliefs were programmed in and we cannot change it easily because the mob will get you if you go against what they were programmed to feel so strongly for / against.

Why not require an actual crime be committed that has a demonstrated injury or damage occur, that isn't merely in peoples heads.

I also think this amounts to a parody or flaunting of his right to free speech, and the dipshits who read his messages only had to unfriend or block the messages. He should have been free to say what he wanted even to scare and induce anxiety in others, as long as it was just speech and expression. Kind of like how speech can be freely used to manipulate others, sell garbage and mass program the population, make them laugh or feel happy, having emotional responses to people's speech is normal.
