A streaming SMIL presentation is online in addition to MP3 files and an MPEG4 video of Prof. Lessig's recent talk at the Clio Society. MP3s are released under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike license, while the video is released under the Creative Commons NonCommercial license.
