Free market drones
Hahahaha, you have made a very good point. The GOP and their libertarian lapdogs advocate the free market without knowing what the term even means. These people never think on their own and prefer to repeat others. Over at the pence-item it is a common practice for free market advocates to simply copy and paste articles. Their education is limited to the lkes of Beck, Limbaugh, Fox News, and outdated trade schools. The outdated trade schools they prefer to call them "Community Colleges" and the biggest one is Indiana Vocational Technical College.
Progressive,on the other hand, knows the proper role of government is to provide clean water, health care, and education; protection against violent offeders, drug users, drug dealers, smokers, drunk drivers, inbred racists; and to regulate the market. Is it any wonder the free market advocates are all crackers?
BTW, head on over to the Pence-Item(www.pal-item.com) and register. You could be useful in forcing those free-maret advocates into personal attacks so they will be eliminated through the TOS.

We already have a law
It is called the "Constitution." Unfortunately the presidents of the last century and this century have treated the Constitution like a worthless piece of paper. They have performed wire-tapping or something similar. That is what people get when they ask for things they want that are unconstitutional.
The only way to fix this is to vote straight Libertarian as the Republicrats or Democans are so adamant at keeping control rather than adhering to the Constitution.

Why bother
The 911 Service needs to be privatized or just plain abolished. 911 is Unconstitutional because it's funded by money taken from me at gunpoint, it's telling a business what to do and what not to do, it's unresponsive, and it's putting people into a false sense of security because then people get rid of their firearms and rely on the unconstitutional police state that the repukeicrats have created, of course, they play on everyone elses fear to keep themselves in office.

Re:If you didn't vote straight Libertarian
Oh really, and all this time I thought the people that voted Republican or Democrat was really voting for the same party, commonly known as the "Republicrat" party.
It's the Republicrats that caused all sorts of problems in this country from unconstitutional programs and laws. How do you think we got into the great depression? FDR then created unconstitutional programs like crazy and the Republicrat congress voted for it. The Republicrats created other unconstitutional programs to supposedly "help the poor". The same "Won't somebody please think of the children" mentality also brought censorship that still exists today, which violates the first amendment of the constitution. It was also the Republicrats that voted for the DMCA and the USA PATRIOT act using the same mentality.
The Republicrats also are in favor of city wide and state wide "Smoking Bans", instead of allowing businesses to decide whether or not to allow smoking.
Since the Republicrats have historically violated the ninth and tenth amendments, they are now starting to violate other amendments, sure the Republicans claim they support the second amendment. What's to say that they wont go after someone under the PATRIOT act because they carry "too many guns"?
The Libertarian party is the Party of Principal. They will not support a 1% food and beverage tax to fund a convention center, they would let the free market fund it.
The Libertarian Party is the only party that will get this country back on track because they will use only the constitution as their guide. Can the Republicrats claim the same?

Re:Vote Fraud Smoking Gun
Sorry, Chachi, the preloaded votes were for Kerry. Widely reported in the news. Your other 'facts' are wishful germs of urban legends, as well.
Odd that all these 'wishfull germs' were reported by mainstream media and have not been dispuited by aanyone. For example:
In nine counties, electronic vote machines count Democrat votes as Libertarian.
This relates to my earlier mention of a vote machine glitch tipping a local election.
As for those reports of extra votes, if this site can be believed, it might only be the tip of the iceburg.
As for those pre-loaded votes being for Kerry instead of Bush, I could not find a news report that backs up your assertion, so I would welcome a reference if you have one. I will gladly admit I'm wrong on that detail if you do. Voter fraud should be a bi-partisan concern... we need to shine a spotlight on it regardless of which side is doing it.
And my original point is still valid. The reports coming out of Volusia county are the most damning evidence of voter fraud to come to light so far. This event was caught on video tape and witnessed by the police... so it is difficult to discount. It is certainly too early to shout that the election was definitely stolen, but this certainly raises serious concerns and undermines the confidence in the election for many. If the election was not stolen, then there is nothing to fear from an audit; it will simply restore confidence in the election process. How can that be bad thing?
Cheers,
