"Where's some semantic web software?"
This always gets asked - and a partial answer is right here.
Eclipse plugins, visualization tools... there's some good stuff there. -

Yup. We run Apache 2.0 with mod_jk and mod_php on SemWebCentral;, no problems. -
Some open source semantic web projects...
...are available on SemWebCentral . There's even an OWL mode for Emacs!
There are also some tutorials and such-like. -

Re:Fixes for Apache 2.0?
We've been using mod_php (PHP 4.3.4) and Apache 2 on SemWebCentral for a while now with no problems...
* fingers crossed * -
If you're interested in Semantic Web software...
...check out SemWebCentral, which is a GForge installation hosting a fair number of Semantic Web-related projects. There's even an OWL mode for Emacs!
And there are also some tutorials and such-like. -

Re:i've been using both
Yup, same here:
- Apache 2.0.48
- mod_jk 2.0.2
- mod_php 4.3.4
- JDK 1.4.2_03
on SemWebCentral. Runnin' fine so far... -
This helps out accessibility...
...there's a good discussion of VoiceXML and various other accessibility enablers by Charles McCathieNevile in this presentation.
It talks quite a bit about RDF and the Semantic Web, too. -
Rich-media Relevance
I think if Google and Yahoo! log SCORM and semantic web information, searches will be a lot a lot more relevant, especially image, video and audio searches.

For some examples...
...check out various tools on SemWebCentral.
For example, you can browse the GForge project listing using OWL - more precisely, using an HTMLized version of the ObjectViewer. -

Re:Personal Brain

Yup. You might be interested in the Ontologic Web Language - you can see, for example, an OWL representation of the projects on SemWebCentral. -
Re:RDF Validator
There's also an RDF graph browser here. Open source, too.

If you're interested in the Semantic Web...
...you might be interested in a new project hosting site which was just opened - SemWebCentral. It already hosts several DAML tools, including ObjectViewer, the beginnings of an OWL plugin for Eclipse, and various others.

Many of the tools from the DAML project have already moved over to SemWebCentral; it's definitely worth a look. -
Government, yup

Quite right. Speaking of which, here's a new project site for semantic web projects that just came online about a week ago.
Nothing much there yet, but stuff from the DAML site will start migrating that way soon...
