I think it's well-thought-out, intelligent and complete. Spam litigation (which The Suespammers Project tracks) has been slow, partly because few lawyers know much about the issue; this paper will have an impact on legal community cluefulness." -

Reilly: "Cybercrimes: A Practical Approach to the Application of Federal Computer Crime Laws". The 54-page paper gives an excellent overview of computer crime methods, legal remedies, and motives. Free Software Foundation Wins $25,000 Award

What, Stallman's $100K Macarthur Fellowship wasn't enough? :) " Silliness aside, some big congrats are in order here.
