T-1000 To Replace Mulder On 'The X-Files'

Film Festival Puts Short Films on the Web

Slamdance is not starting until Jan. 22, but the stuff that's exhibited there will definitely be worth watching. -
RIAA to launch Secure Digital Music Initiative
Anonymous Coward writes "Entertainment industry rag Daily Variety is reporting that the Recording Industry Association of America is getting ready to announce a "Secure Digital Music Initiative." The plan is to "bring together the worldwide music community in an open forum with technology companies [like AOL, AT&T, IBM, Intel, Lucent, Microsoft, Sony and Toshiba] to develop a standard for digital music security through the creation of a new music security architecture and specifications for digital music."
