Shock and Awe! Poke my eyes out, please.
I was eating some licorice, nothing happened when I clicked because slashdot has already torchered me with every mind-numbing flashback of my depressing life. That is the kind of PC case design, although not favorable to most, allows people the freedom to do what they want with their hardware. It looks ugly to most, but so do some apartments. That thing would like much more cool then an Apple tower, say aside to a funky looking couch.
I only see one GOOD computer enclosure design: somthimg small, portable, unsuspicious, durrable, not delicate, doesn't rattle noisily, such as briefcase computers that need be SMALLER. These are great; 1, 2, but then there are the greedy idiots that unjustly ruin a great idea by adding too many fans or flourescent lights and windows because they don't have a clue that a PC that needs such ventilation isn't worth buying in the firt place. Not enough EMI shielding. Great idea but not enough EMI shielding again. The best, most complete pcmod ever accomplished has always been the CoffeePC.
From that website you should all of us,
Foam PC is a great experiment in case design.
This can match a media/stereo rack from the 70s.
In Japan, this would blend well.
Perhaps in Soviet Russia, this case encloses you.
You live in a storage room.
I'm impressed with ToasterPC. I like shiny toasters.
Chum Bucket PC is something Mr. Krabs' arch enemy, Plankton uses.
Then there are some mods that seem more a waste of purpose like this, and the PlayBoy GastankPC, but we all know COPS don't look for "illegal" drugs in the fridgePC behind the monitor...great, it can merge soon with the MoldyPC in a couple months.
Louisiana outdoor office PC?
Ugh! At least Dell has Staying Power(TM) with the color black! -
