Marine Corps Testing Maser for Anti-Personnel Use
Former1626er writes: "The Marine Corps is testing out phasers or what the military industrial complex calls "non-lethal direct energy weapon." In brief: the Marines are deploying a microwave laser for anti-personnel usage, with the idea basically being: burn people so they run away.
