Nothing new
Cross site scripting has been going on for as long as there has been JavaScript. What's new in this incarnation? See http://what-is-what.com/what_is/xss.html (disclaimer: my site)

In who's interest?
It does make you want to know in whos's interest the judge is acting. In his own, in my opinion, as hes' trying to make fighting spammers hard (and even dangerous). That's not his job.

Really? Unconfirmed info on wikipedia?!?
How many times must it be said? Wikipedia is great for researching trivia. But don't believe everything you read there. Your grandma may as well have posted it!!...

Stupid he who downloads "updates" from wikipedia
It was seriously coming sooner or later. People seriously don't know what to trust, and what not to trust. Wikipeia is NOT a software repo. They should have been using linux, anyway

Wikipedia is now digg.com, without the credit!
This isn't surprising, seeing how _anybody_ can edit wikipedia. The inability to verify has always been an issue with wikipedia. Furthermore, I'm sure that most of these 'incidents' could be rectified by simply changing a few words and then referencing the source webpage. Then, instead of it being plagerism, it would be accountable reference work.
Bah.
