Quick Development WIth KDE's KParts

Philippe Fremy writes: "I have written a small article to demonstrate how much KPart, the KDE component technology, is easy to use." Interesting to note how few lines of code certain things take -- just 600 lines for the koshell? Wow.

Thanks for writing it Phillipe. I had never had a look inside KDE component system but you little introduction has brought some ideas for future projects.

Bahh, a toolkit that only integrates well with C++ is a joke. I'll stick with Gnome, thank you. If I want bloat on my next processor I'll try KDE again, I promise.

Blatant troll. KDE integrates excellently with Python, Perl, Scheme, Java. There is even experimental Qt/KDE support for ObjC !.

The reason it doesn't do C is because, unlike the aforementioned languages, PLAIN C ABSOLUTELY SUCKS FOR ANYTHING OO - one only has to look at the hideous mess that is GNOME C programming for proof of that...
