Deciding ICANN Domain Name Disputes: Questioning Delegation, Fairness, and Consent.
It looks to be a very legal-issue oriented forum. Here's quote from the forum information document:
This conference focuses on whether the criticisms leveled at ICANN's system [dispute resolution policy] are valid."
