Its that not cold in Pittsburgh (where CMU is located). It should be at least -10 degrees by then.
Hint: Mozilla is developed by fat, lazy Americans.
Call me weird, but I *like* mozilla. It may have been slow in development, but it is getting there now. It is decently fast and stable at this point.
However, if you had a problem with the project, why didn't you volunteer to help with it instead of just bashing it?
...i live here and i've been outside all morning in a t-shirt.
its really not all that cold here.

Its 60 degrees here in Pittsburgh today, though this isn't normal weather. Its nice to have the office windows open, though.

Why should I pay money to learn how to develop for Mozilla and thereby give my programming labor away for free to a profit-making corporation that can afford to pay me?
Mozilla is not a true open source project--it's a trick to permit a corporation to exploit workers.
The license keeps control in the hands of a corporation--that should be enough indication.
Mozilla is bad for workers, bad for the public, and last time I checked it's pretty buggy as well.
I'll pass on this one!
