Linux Picnic Follows LinuxWorld SF

An anonymous reader writes "On the Saturday following LinuxWorld Expo in San Francisco, the Linux anniversary picnic takes place in Sunnyvale, California. Lots of Linux user groups are putting it together, with help from sponsors such as Atheros Communication, Capital Beverage Co., and even Google. It's free, some come on down!"

The TCO of Linux drops even further! However, as a Gentoo user I demand a free cow instead.

Burgers, hot dogs, and veggie burgers, and other picnic foods will be served free of charge until 3:30 PM for all those who RSVP
Actually, you have to RSVP to get it for free.. also ...
Beer and wine are BYO ("bring your own", not provided). Baylands Park rules say beer and wine are only allowed in the picnic areas as part of a meal. Other alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
That'll probably dissappoint a few people.
