    This is a really dumb video. Obviously fake, you never see Phelps' face or anything while he's choking the fat guy.

      Are you talking about the maker of this spoof?

      It's a fake because:

      The guy getting choked is no way an Olympic swimmer -- way too flabby.

      The sides of the pool are completely different between the guy getting choked and Phelps.

      Phelps and the guy getting splashed are always in different frames.

      And if it were real, CNN would have had a "news" clip on it.
