    Ah, the new brand of "Suck the life out of me" smokes.

    To bad you can see the inner box.... No, they're heads really aren't under water...

    Could be the new way smokers have to smoke in public... would really cut down on the amount of second-hand-smoke... of course, it would cause a new problem, second-hand-water & dead people laying around.
