      That is probably because a toolkit used to repair space stations is not a particularly unusual thing to find in space

    There were 2 attempts, one in 2007 and one in 2008. The one in 2007 apparently made a sub-orbital trip, (http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,271352,00.html)however, the ashes (along with about 200 other people's) were unrecoverable). The attempt in 2008 failed with the failure of Falcon1 (http://www.guardian.co.uk/science/blog/2008/aug/04/scottysashesfailtoreachfi)
