Mexico City Offers Free Viagra For the Poor

With midterm elections looming in July, Mexico City Mayor Marcelo Ebrard has come up with some unusual and creative ways of getting votes. He dumps sand at public pools to create artificial beaches. He bans cars from major roadways on Sundays. He has created the largest skating rink in the world and most importantly he has started a program that gives free Viagra to poor men age 60 and above. An anonymous recipient of the free Viagra program said, "This was a problem I thought I'd have to live with the rest of my life, but thanks to Mayor Ebrard I'm finally beating the problem, many times a day."

      My dear troll.. i guess you don't know that Mexico population grow rate is around 1.4 percent a year. So no problems there, mmmkey??

      And that slow growth is thanks to the free birth control pills and (sometimes) condoms given away at public hospitals .(I live in Mexico, and I think it's a great idea). They give them to any female who asks for them, no questions asked, possibly a small medical exam. Since it's a somewhat controversial thing ("my 13 year old, HAVING SEX!"), they advertise it mainly through social workers. These social workers tend to be caring neighborhood ladies who gain the people's trust, and thus meddle into everyone's affairs in a grandmotherly way. But I do know this social worker whose daughters have at least 2 kids a piece, so I guess you're not always a prophet in your own land.

      Hmmm for some reason I dont think that their death rate is high enough to explain their low population growth.
