Nude Man Gets Trapped In His Dryer

Dave Chapman got so drunk Saturday that doing laundry almost killed him. After a night of drinking with his friends, a pantless Dave looked into his dryer for a pair of clean underwear. He didn't see a pair, so he stuck his head in a little farther. Still not finding a pair, he managed to get his shoulders inside to get a better look. Next came his arms, and finally the realization that he was stuck. "I was panicking because there was no air," he said. With the help of his friends, ambulance staff, a female police officer, and two fire brigades, Dave was freed from the machine and was finally able to put on some pants.

You would think one of his "friends" would have had the respect and decency to put a pair of pants on this guy.

American "trouser" pants, or british "underpants" pants? I imagine its the latter, but this being primarily an american site, it seems best to confirm. Or at least to point it out.

Actually, this is one of the few cases where New Zealand uses the American sense of the word. Pants are most definitely trousers in New Zealand.

It was DEFINATELY "underpants" - ie his bare bottom and other parts were visible... who needs enemies when you have friends or roommates like this who instead of helping you out of the drier or giving you a towell to cover up instead call the police and ambulance with you arse up in the air. - I think his flat mates set the whole thing up, including giving him a little shove untill he got stuck - poor guy...
