Movie Made By Chimpanzees To Be Broadcast On TV

wdef writes "The world's first film shot entirely by chimpanzees is to be broadcast by the BBC as part of a natural history documentary. The apes created the movie using a specially designed chimp-proof camera given to them by primatologists. The film-making exercise is part of a scientific study into how chimpanzees perceive the world and each other.'"

      It will probably be on BBC iPlayer now.
      It was broadcast earlier.
      It is near the end of the episode.

      Oh wait, it is already there... uh, downloading tools?

      But the episode is much better to watch, it was a very interesting insight in to their behaviour.

    So these enterprising scientists have created the equivalent of a Flip Video for our closest cousins... Considering the quality of most flip-shot videos, I'd say chimpanzees shoot video at least as well as the average human!

    I know, I know... Same people that own all the other copyrights... BFC (Big Faceless Corp.) But ignoring reality, it is an interesting question...

    Am I the only one that expects that over 90% of the footage will consist of closeups of chimpanzee genitalia?
