OKCon11 Opens In Berlin

teleyinex writes "The annual conference of the Open Knowledge Foundation will be held in Berlin. There will be different lectures about open data, open science, open access, etc. and different free workshops where hackers, volunteers, designers, etc. can participate learning new tools, or helping scientists to develop new prototypes for their research projects."

      What? Shouldn't you be OK with it? After all according to most Americans, Germany is just a bit hard to find on a map... for a US state. ;)

      P.S.: What if there is a German hacker, who is "such a tool!"? ;)

      Well the event will be really near from Oranienburger Strasse, so I think they'll have this kind of things too.

      No, the venue is just up from Oranienburger Strasse. Plenty of open legs there -- although, for a fee.
