WTO opens trade
The World Trade Organization concluded several items of business
including the settling of tarrif disputes between the EU, Ireland, Britian, v the US. The former nations had
attempted to place tarrifs on networking equipment form the US, which the US then appealed. The European
nations were ruled to be inappropriate, and the tarrifs have been struck down. Additionally, the WTO
also announced the further opening of
telecommunications trade between its' constituents.
