More workers needed

In a bit of news that will hopefully result in more money for all of us, CNNfn is reporting again on looming problem of a lack of programmers. Currently projections stand at a shortfall of almost 200,000 workers. And with the way US visa laws work, getting more people in is problematic. How many of you folks have been able to get more money because of the lack of people?
