Every Comic on the Web?

Malachi Kenney writes " Chuck Rozanski, the the fellow who started Mile High Comics has a plan to put every comic book ever published on the web. " Now I'm not a comic book collector, but wow, that would be really cool. I'd pay a few bucks every now and then to browse comic books (course, I'd just look at the pictures. I love comics visually, but I just never got into the stories)
