Guest Tile of the Week

Well OctobrX's been at it again. He's extended his tre' cool themes.org to include a Guest Tile each week, in addition to the normal Tile-of-the-day activities. The site will provide a 64x64 tile (standard Wharf/Dock size) created by someone interesting(?) besides OctobrX. Each victim will also be exposed to 3 questions. Unfortunately, well, guess who he chose to be first?
