Charles Hines Leaves fvwm 2.x

John Gotts wrote Charles Hines has stepped down as maintainer of fvwm 2.x. His message confirms that the reason is that he just doesn't enough time to dedicate to the project. Thanks to Charles for years of hard work on a code base that has influenced a lot of window managers.
