Demo-Coding on n64

florian goersdorf writes "a few weeks ago people at slashdot were talking about the upcoming game-console projectX and their hopes that it will be a 'open' system so that they can code it. i haven't seen anything about it, but with a new hardware, the 'Z64' everybody can make *security-backups* of their expensive games on an included zip-drive..... aaaaaaand the guys are also doing good-old DEMO coding/competions for the nintendo 64. a good starting point for stuff like that is Dextrose.com *that* sounds really cool..." I'm not going to really comment on the hardware, but demo coding for an n64 really appeals to me for some reason.
