Various Themes.org Updates

Trae Mc Combs wrote in to tell us about some major updates on Themes.org, including Alan Cox's guest tile, and a new "Tile of the Hour" feature (randomly selected from his now quite sizable collection, including tiles from lots of folks). Also he's been drumming up #Themes on efnet for discussion of themes regardless of Window Manager.
