Ask Slashdot: Is there a secure NFS?

Matt Perry asks "I have a server colocated at my ISP that I regularly SSH into to get work done. I'm in a situation where I'd really like to NFS mount the filesystem, or something similar but it needs to be secure. Does anyone know of a package to do this?"
