FDIC to track you

While this is not exactly new technology news, it's of relevance to anyone with a bank-account. If you're not interested, just skip this article. I assume there are nerds who write code to implement these things. Adam Muntner writes " This FDIC proposal is pretty scary." The abstract at the top of the linked page sums it up. Anyone know where one can find out what banks do not have a formal KYC program? Time to give them a reason to resist this... Also anyone know why corporations happen have government functions in the USA? (see the 1935 entry).
