What's the Best Way to Manage Multiple POP Accounts?

dmohney asks: "Between me and my housemates we have about 10 differant POP accounts. I would love to be able to have a box gather all of our e-mail and make it available in one location, preferably through an IMAP server. I would like to retrieve the e-mail via fetchmail or the like, then setup qmail-imap so that I could retrieve my e-mail via IMP while I am not at home, then via Netscape's IMAP when I am."
