3dfx Open Sources Glide

Apparently quite a number of people missed it the first time around, three weeks ago, but everyone and their brother has been submitting the fact that 3dfx is open sourcing its Glide API. As well as opening the Glide API, they will also be releasing the specs for all of their currently shipping products.
