I think every game development kit should be applauded if there is a free version of it (like XNA). It can only help talented developers to show their real potential.

Actually, I recently stumbled upon http://grails.codehaus.org/Groovy and would like to use the occasion to ask, if it is comparable to RoR? Has anyone used it in a real project?
