The graph displays what I would believe is a significant event now. But that still leaves the problem of the timing.I have been tracking the graph for a few hours now, and it seems to be updated regularly. The times on the left are in the GMT/UTC time zone.The question is, why does it suddenly display an event at about 10:06 UTC?Does anybody know if there is a major delay in the pulication of these data?
