There not many in oss with much money... So the company would loose much money over that... And they would loose equaly much on searching for use of patented stuff in oss. So thisone they are going to loose Once distributed... Then, well rh could just say we are very sory about this, and complain that it is not their responsibility that they use software they have been given by the oss. Then the companys earns nothing...=> they won't sue
If U're selling unlisenced work it require police work to stop it.
If we are to free this software. We only need one free copy of the source code, and then we can copy that one for free because It's GPL (GPL is inheritied)
If crypto is allowed (fullscale) then it would not be so good to be a hacker. We hackers would loose the technique of sniffing passwords rigth of telnet shells.
Then the politicans have to think: less craking => less need for cops => more unemployment => worse election.
So come on stop this crazy proposal of allowing free crypto.
What if e.g. RH was Printed in Europe, with strong crypto and exported to US! Would that be legal?
