Being certified in MS, i feel that certifications are a good self assessment method.
Although Cv's definitely stand out with certifications, it is not necessarily a measure for
a candidates knowledge and capability.
With hands-on experience, certifications are definitely useful.
Certification alone is NOT equivalent to possessing a university degree/experience.
