Technically, this is incorrect; Nauru has has higher levels of obesity (84.7% for males and 92.8% for females). Apparently, introducing a high caloric diet (as a result of prosperity from phosphorous mining) on a population that is used to living on a low caloric diet does wonders for the inhabitants' wealth.
