didn't Sirius just refund the 70$ of the unused portion of the service back to the Credit Card? (140-70+70 = 140) Seems like a Credit Card processing issue, not a billing system issue.
On a different note, don't know if is the case or not, but Sirius used to sell lifetime subscriptions for about 500$US. what they didn't tell you was, that it was the lifetime of the radio, not YOUR lifetime. honest, and those units never lived more than a year or two.
