Somewhat off-topic: I expect Microsoft to make a ~Unix-compatible utility/OS trying to "gain the user market share" when it'll really be the only way they'll survive.
I doubt the 'Borg' will let something best them, ever.
This general question may have been asked before, but: It's obvious the games you make are what you'd like to play. But, my question is if the hardware technology wasn't the limit, what kind of game would you make? I'd like to get a glimpse of what's coming down the road, as far as id games are concerned.
