IMHO, drupal is the best open source cms, powerfull and flexible, with lot of features. Also has very strong community, and a lot of community contributed modules and themes (take look at Drupal Theme Garden). Another thing: even the inventor of the HTML -- Tim Berners Lee -- uses Drupal for his personal Blog (http://dig.csail.mit.edu/breadcrumbs/blog/4)
