I remember from an episode of Penn and Teller's BS. There is a theater troupe in NY I believe. They stage performances of 1984 for, street cameras. I wonder if that would count as "suspicious".
Good idea, but lets have the part about the debater altered to. "If he cannot provide a direct answer to the question he gets hit in the face". It would keep politicians from giving rambling answers that don't actually convey any information.

My understand of Victorian culture was beating children was ok, as was beating your wife. So the battle cry should be Oh no! A woman is showing skin and not wearing a corset somewhere!!! Quick, to the Lawmobile!
