Biometric systems do not store any record of your biometric (fingerprint, retinal scan data, voiceperint, etc.). They store a hash. To authenticate you, you provide your data to the scanner each time you need to authenticate and the information is hashed in real time while your finger/eye/whatever is being scanned. The hashes are then compared. The live data is never stored anywhere.
