Add extra lanes to freeways, build new bridges ect... It happens all the time you can also reprogram traffic lights and change the direction of traffic.
You can't make physical alterations to every road but that doesn't stop improvements being made and many roads can and do get expanded.
Perhaps it's a bit impulsive for me to say Vista has "no" faults, since ALL systems (yes even linux) have there bad characteristics.
But I do find it increasingly frustrating when people jump on the bandwagon to bash Vista, I would feel the same way if it happened to Ubuntu even though I no longer use it at this point.
Just because you or your friend cannot use Vista it doesn't mean the software is at fault. That's like me saying Ubuntu sucks because I can't get my (Windows) games to run under it, which I can't.
My experience in the IT industry tells me that at least 99% of problems are user related, it's rare to encounter an impossibility these days as there is almost always a solution irrespective of it's complexity.
Who carries a gun theses days? most of us don't live in the wild west of America. In fact most people in western countries will have never fired a gun.
Quite simply you can't, if you were to send me an email just once I would have all the data needed to fake the header and submit an entire email as evidence and there would be nothing you could do to prove the email is fake just as I could never prove it to be real.
I honestly can't see email being submersible as evidence since it is just one persons word against another.
These students were, in my rather experienced and measured opinion, doing the community a favor by pointing out exactly how easy this sort of feat is to pull off.
That's a really stupid argument, I don't go breaking into your house to show you how easily I can do it.
When I was a kid I went through the whole hacker stage using the childish excuse "We help people by highlighting vulnerabilities", this excuse does not hold water either legally or ethically.
Now more than 10years after that stage died out, thank god. I now have to deal with all sorts of shit that gets thrown at my sites, there is no excuse for defacing and abusing another persons property. I am glad I didn't know anything as a kid because my the moral high ground would be lower had I actually been able to do anything.
I hope this unethical behaviour goes on their academic transcript.
Then don't publish it.
No publish no copy.
Seems like a pretty straight forward concept.

How often would a cab need to locate one of these battery swapping stations?
Still seems like a huge inconvenience when a petrol taxi could carry a few days worth of fuel.
GPS also does not always work in city centres.
But it also removes the incentive to increase road capacity and square one is just around the corner again.
That's because England is the land of snobbery compared to the American land of slobbery.
it doesn't matter how fast you run as long as you run faster than the guy beside you.
Or hit him over the head with a 2x4.
I used to fly into the twin towers as a child. But the graphics weren't as good as 9/11.
Especially with the "photonman" cheat.
Nerds are more likely to vote than Hicks.
Whoooosh!
Theres allot of those going around lately.

What vista problems? You must be pressing the wrong button.

When your assisting the overlord of your country, no.
Stealing tangible mail is still a felony, however.
That seems a little backwards.
What sensitive information gets sent via post these days?
On the other hand would it not invalidate all MPAA lawsuits?
They sue people for doing the exact practice they are engaged in, this could indeed justify the actions of people the MPAA wishes to sue.
What do you think makes a better headline?
"Admin forgets to renew domain!"
Or
"Wikileaeks censored by German authorities!"
Vista has a pretty undeserved bad reputation,
I agree,
99% of problems are the user/technician not having a clue.
There's an old saying that your freedoms are only valid to the extent that you're able to defend them.
So screw the disabled and elderly?!!!
Can't say I agree with that saying.

It may not constitute theft but it is still an unethical practice. Sending spam is not stealing since it is an open system but it is still unethical.
It got posted because it mentions the iPhone.
