Until a few months ago i had your problem.
Use opera with maximum cache enabled.
Install a flash blocker(you have to click on the content for it to be loaded so you don't waste any bandwidth on ads)
Install an automatically updated blocking software. HostsMan blocks most domains that serve ads.
